Camping

We had a fabulous time on our annual camping trip.  It was so nice to have time as a family without distractions to just hang out and be together.  The kids had so much room to run and play.  Throwing rocks in the lake was definitely a highlight!  We also went to a local park to play, the fish hatchery, on a hike along the Metolius River, and into Bend have dinner and to explore the farmers market and enjoy popsicles as we walked along Mirror Pond.  Most of these photos were actually taken with an app on my iphone called hipstamatic.  It's basically eliminated my "need" for a point and shoot camera.

The kids loved standing at the waters edge throwing rocks

This photo brings me so much joy!

The boys loved the tent time!

Dinner!

This photo makes me smile.  Hudson with his grubby fingers enjoying his smore and the transformer on the bench in the background (he's always carrying one).  This just really captures his spirit.

I took the big boys for a short walk.  Oh the adventures we had!

Yep - still using the Ergo!

Hiking is exhausting.  Especially when you're the one who doesn't have to walk!

We were surrounded by a swarm of these butterflies at one point.  Amazing!

My wonderful boys that bring sunshine to my life!
