Uncle Don

Last night we lost my Great Uncle Don.  He was such a wonderful man and our family loved him so much!  This first photo is one my favorites of him with my Aunt.  It was likely taken in the 80's.  He wore this shirt on Christmas Eve to every family gathering until the shirt literally became thread bare (Aunt Perp likes to say it fell off him).  He was such a sweet man.  He loved to play cribbage, my Dad's baked beans, and my sweet Aunt Perp.  He gave the best bear hugs and always greeted us with his beautiful smile.  He also shared a birthday with my husband.  I love you Uncle Don and miss you already.
