How could it be that my spunky, happy, thoughtful boy is EIGHT years old? Early this month we celebrated Spencer's Birthday at one of his favorite places. We're not usually ones for doing "destination" parties, but the price was so reasonable that we decided to go for it. That said, the idea of someone else setting up, decorating, entertaining, feeding the children, cleaning up AND not having several high energy boys in my house all at one time was tempting as well. The party was a HUGE success and the kids had a blast.
