A couple weeks ago we had the pleasure of going to the beach with some dear friends for the night. We stayed at Kent's Dad's place which was the beach cabin he grew up with. So fun to take the family there and friends too! The weather was absolutely nuts! I remember waking up at 3:00am to the flash of lightning followed immediately by a boom so loud it shook the house. My heart was beating so fast! While we were there a tornado whipped up along the coast line and damaged some 30 homes. Crazy! Here are a few photos from this little trip... we had a blast with our friends, watching movies, playing Wii Mario Cart, shopping at the outlets (yay Sarah), and walking on the beach!

Yep, you and your hubby make a wonderful pair! And that last picture is a classic! Ah, how MarioKart brings the generations (and neighbors) together. :)
