Pumpkin Carving is quite an ordeal but always a good time. Spencer was super excited to do his own carving again this year. Hudson enjoyed dictating what shape he wanted each part of his jack-o-lantern. I did my typical "get it done fast" pumpkin and then proceeded to roast pumpkin seeds. Mmmmmm...
