Kindergarten Graduate

Summer is here indeed! Spencer had his Kindergarten Graduation last week. It was so cute! The kids entered to Pomp and Circumstance and and lined up perfectly and sang songs and recited poems about their school year. Spencer proudly sang every word of every song and recited the poems like a pro. He just loved performing! The kids were so adorable in their little caps. As each child got their dimloma, Spencer beamed and yelled out, "Great job buddy, way to go! Thumbs up!" He was so proud of his fellow students and wanted them each to feel special. I love this about my sweet boy.

I'm so proud of my big boy. He had a great year and learned so much! To reflect back on his first day of school, click here. Spencer, you made so many friends this year and you loved, loved, loved school and your teacher! You learned how to be quiet in class and wait your turn (most of the time)! You now can write, read, enjoy math and do beautiful art projects. Your teacher wants you to keep on doing art through the summer and send her a picture, so we need to make sure we do that!

Hi Mom!

Singing his songs

You can see their teacher doing the hand motions with them in the back left.

Being patient

He CAN sit still!

I love how happy he is here... and look at the kid cheering in the rear. LOL!

He must have said something funny to his teacher here, because she's laughing.

Happy kid

Class photo taken by my friend, Raina. Spencer is sitting next to one of 3 of his "best friends" at school. He adored this little girl. His other 2 best buddies are sitting on the far left on the floor together.

Saying goodbye to his sweet teacher. He just loved her to pieces and she was AWESOME with him. Yay Spencer! We are so proud of you!!!
