Christmas with Sally's family

Last Saturday, January 3rd, we finally got to celebrate Christmas with my side of the family. This normally would have been celebrated on Christmas day but well... you know... the snow. :) We spent it at my Aaron and Serena's beautiful house that they recently bought after living in the Azores. It is indeed a great house and I'm so happy for them! We hope to build many, many family memories in their home. We had a wonderful time there together and the kids had an absolute blast. Stewart and Spencer are natural playmates and Evie and my niece Brook made the cutest princesses and were so sweet about letting Hudson play right along with them. My Grannie made her Great Grandkids sock monkeys which I am certain will be cherished for years. I know the boys in my house sleep with theirs! Hudson was so funny... here are all these thoughtful presents for him and he opens the first one (from Uncle Greg and Aunt Melanie) and decides he's done. What was in the box? Well... an inflatable bat and ball tee set of course! We kept asking him to come and open more presents and he'd say "nope" and keep on playing with his prized toy. Aunt Melanie summed it up best, "he should have opened that one last." Here are a few photos from the fun time.
